Passport Reminders
Friendly reminder to make sure you renew your passport in case it is close to expiring. Mexico's passport validity rules are less strict than other countries. However, you may be denied entry if your passport is close to expiring (3–6 months).
The U.S. Department of State recommends renewing your passport nine months before it expires. You should apply well in advance of any international travel because processing times can be affected by seasonal demand and other factors.
